The Strength is an online fitness program that is designed for anyone, anywhere to get an awesome workout – in just 7 minutes! We can all find 7 minutes a day to do something good for us, right?!
Modifications and intensifications are offered throughout the videos, so we make sure that anyone, no matter what level or journey you are currently on, you WILL feel successful through this program. Note however that since the worksout are only 7 minutes, we move fast!! Beginners may need to do the workouts a few times to really learn the moves. Thatβs ok – be in learning mode π
To get the most out of this program, we recommend following the suggested calendar. Workouts are planned strategically for maximum success & recovery. Print it up so you can easily see which workout to do each day. And here’s a TIP!! Put a GOLD STAR sticker on each day you complete π
There is NO MUSIC through the workout videos so that you have freedom to choose & play your own. Use music that inspires and motivates you. Highly recommended!
Minimal equipment is needed. All that is required is a small assortment of weights , A yoga mat or soft surface is also recommended.
Workouts are repeated over time. Yes – we repeat workouts so you can FEEL PROGRESS. Note how you feel each time you do a workout. Did you need breaks? Did you need to shake it out or drop your weights? Did you feel strong? We encourage repeating the same weekly schedule, over multiple weeks, so that you can feel yourself getting stronger and stronger each time. Note it. Feel it. Be aware of it. Let it inspire & motivate you to keep going π
Schedule your workouts. This program has 7 workouts a week – only 7 minutes each. Make the commitment to yourself to get them all done. Schedule them like you would any other appointment.
Get your workout space ready. Clear a corner in the living room, push the boxes around in the basement. Do whatever you need to do. But get your workout space ready ahead of time.
