We’ve teamed up with our Online Fitness Specialist, Ro. You’re going to love her positivity and crazy energy!
Together, let’s work on our health & fitness. We’re going to build muscular & bone strength. We’re going to focus on control, stability, balance & mobility. In doing so, our daily tasks are going to become easier, and safer.
And just as important as working on our physical strength, we’re also going to work on our mental strength over these next 6 weeks. Our minds are our most powerful muscles – and together we are going to work on our inner strength, positivity, and AWESOMENESS!
